Quality Assurance And Accreditation of Hospital

Quality assurance is maintained within the hospital with the help of standards which are prepared according to the Hospital design, culture and other requirements. Standard Operating Procedures are set up and are strictly followed to achieve the set standards.

Regular audits are conducted in the hospital to monitor quality of functioning of various departments. Both internal and external audits are conducted within the hospital. Internal Quality Audit is a powerful tool for any business to measure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. It is also a good management tool that can be used to review processes and identify any weakness, risks and areas of improvement.
